Has Openreach laid fibre on my street?

Today I received a letter from LightSpeed Networks who apparently are installing full fibre broadband in the east and west midlands. It states:
"Our approach in the first instance is to share BT Open Reach's Physical Access Network Infrastructure where we can, and are aware that the company is currently installing poles and underground infrastructure in your area. We will utilise this where we can, as this is a greener and cost-effective way."
I have a Fibre 65 contract that utilises fibre as far as the street cabinet and copper from the cabinet to my house. When I check My Account, there is no upgrade to so-called Full Fibre broadband shown. So I assume that Openreach haven't yet installed fibre in my street and, therefore LightSpeed is going to get there first.
Is there somewhere I can check to see when fibre will be rolled out to my street?

We do not have a partnership with Lightspeed , so until Openreach / City fibre or freedom fiber offer the service we wont be able to offer full fibre through TalkTalk.
Sorry

You can only keep checking through My Account and the main Talktalk website.
It won't give advance notice of availability - it only shows actual availability.
Often there's a monopoly from one provider or another when Openreach / City Fibre first roll out the fibre network in the area, so it takes a while for competition to open up.
