My contract ends on 24th January 2025.

 

Am I correct in thinking there will not be any Early Termination charges if I now transfer to a different ISP as there are less than 30 days before the end of the contract?

@Rakti thanks for the info which is strange as we've not been notified of this and Staff here are also referring customers.

 

I've raised this for an official response.

I called that number. There is no dedicated Shell Migration Team, it's all be folded into TalkTalk's Customer Service team I was told.

 

Confirmed no Early Termination charges and gave notice.

Yes, that is normal understanding.

 

I note that previously you switched your mother's account, but gave you spoken to the Shell Migration Team or possibly, the loyalty team to see what renewal deals are available?

 

In any event, just to be on the safe side, it would be best to confirm you will be leaving and give notice.

 

Try phoning 0345 172 0088 and he specific you want the Shell Migration Team.
