I want to cancel TV add-on but can't get thru on phone.

Hi
I've given up on my Youview box now Netflix will not be available & the box is now disconnected.
I wish to cancel the £5 p.m. charge for MyTV but this seems only possible by phoning.
I never get thru on the phone!
There must be a simple way surely?
Meanwhile TalkTalk can keep taking £5 p.m. by not answering the phone??!!
Is there an address to write to or an email address?

Phoning is the only way.
If you were trying today, the line is only for vulnerable customers on Sunday.
