It looks like this forum is more for technical issues but I'm at a loss.
I have been trying to renew my contract since early February. Every time I contact TT by chat or phone they are unable to proceed with anything due to system issues. I have been promised this will be fixed within 7 days for the last 2 months and been promised call backs on 3 occasions (or more I cant remember) that have never happened.
Is there anything that can be done? The cynic in me suggests TT dont want to keep me as a customer as i have been offered a slightly cheaper renewal rate. If so why am i offered any reduction?

They do seem to genuinely get system errors, @Anonymous!
I'll move this to the billing section of the forum, as it's to do with renewals.
