Impossible to renew contract

It looks like this forum is more for technical issues but I'm at a loss.

 

I have been trying to renew my contract since early February. Every time I contact TT by chat or phone they are unable to proceed with anything due to system issues. I have been promised this will be fixed within 7 days for the last 2 months and been promised call backs on 3 occasions (or more I cant remember) that have never happened.

 

Is there anything that can be done? The cynic in me suggests TT dont want to keep me as a customer as i have been offered a slightly cheaper renewal rate. If so why am i offered any reduction?

Not if you remain Anonymous. 

 

Staff need to be able to identify your account from your details in the profile area of the forum. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; PERSONAL INFORMATION.

In that case could someone from Talk Talk apply a £5 credit to my account again? - this has been done for the last 2 months.

They do seem to genuinely get system errors, @Anonymous! 

 

I'll move this to the billing section of the forum, as it's to do with renewals.
