Increase to my bill

When I renewed my contract last October, I was promised that my oayment would NOT increase for 2 years. I would like to know why you have reneged on this ?

Only fixed price plus customers are not effected by price increases while in contract, Your account is not on fixed price plus, also you where effected by the price rise last year in April 2023. 

 

We have communicated this to you via email 30 days before the increase.

Are you able to check confirmation/contract emails from that time?

 

If you simply agreed a fixed term it would be subject to the April price rise that is detailed in the Ts&Cs (linked at the foot of the page).

 

But if you agreed a slightly more expensive Fixed Price Plus, and it's not been set up correctly, then this needs sorting.
