I left TalkTalk on 23 January 2025.
I'm still waiting for a Final Bill and a bag for posting the equipment back for recycling.
Yesterday I received a bill for this month's £35+ of which I've used not a jot.
Not happy obviously, I'd like some clue as to what is occuring?
Why is it taking so long to resolve?
Any help will be gratefully received.
