Final Bill?

I left TalkTalk on 23 January 2025.
I'm still waiting for a Final Bill and a bag for posting the equipment back for recycling.
Yesterday I received a bill for this month's £35+ of which I've used not a jot.
Not happy obviously, I'd like some clue as to what is occuring?
Why is it taking so long to resolve?
Any help will be gratefully received.

Hi shrub
Your account is in credit, you should be able to log into My Account and request the refund.
My Account stays active for up to 12 months after leaving.

Hi Arne,
In your message you mentioned that I would receive a final refund bill. It is now nearly a month later and still no refund for both February and March payments, in fact no bill whatsoever has been received. I have sent back the equipment as requested.
As stated in my first message I joined another ISP on January 23rd 2025. I was billed for February and for March with payments made via Direct Debit. TalkTalk were made aware of my leaving on the 7th January as they were unable to provide the same or match the deal I was being offered by the other ISP.
Why is it taking so long to issue the refund I'm owed?

Returns bag has been issued , there will be a bill issued on the 17th March showing a refund owed, you will stil be able to log into My Account to request the amount owed.
