I was originally paying £28 for my wifi, last month £44 was taken from my account. Why is this ?

All details show if you scrutinise the bill in My Account, @z2004.

 

It sounds like you may have had a free calls boost which is now no longer discounted.  Full price it is £16.00 per month.

 

Check whether it's this or another boost or whether you are now out of contract. 

 

I'll move this to the billing section of the forum for you. If you need staff help, you need to complete your community forum profile details for them to identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings. Add your Talktalk landline number  / account number in Personal Information.  SAVE CHANGES.
