My current contract ends on June 12th.

I've just received, to my talktalk account address, an email from you offering a 24month renewal at an advantageous price. I have accepted this and hard copied the contract pdf on the link. However I cannot see the renewal or any update on the  'my account' site nor have received any further email confirming the update is being applied. I can copy the original email from you and the contract terms pdf to you if you wish.

Sorry that you are having problems, cant see a renewal order on your account

 

Best option would be to call the loyalty team on 03451720088 advise them what you have been offered they will be able process it.

I think my previous renewals have  seen some kind of response very rapidly, but presumably things have changed!

Give it 24 hours at least, @alpine.

 

My Account doesn't update instantaneously. 

 

However, good idea to check early on that it has indeed been processed!
