International Extra Calls boost cannot be removed as no longer listed in Boosts and Features

Hello,

 

I wanted to remove the international Extra Calls boost from my account (£9/month) as no longer used but I am unable to do so as it is no longer listed in the Boosts and Features list and I am therefore unable to deselect it.

 

Could somebody help me with this please.

I have received an email indicating a new contract has been started and will ignore as per your guidance.

I have removed the boost for you. 

 

FYI you may receive an email indicating an new contract has been started , please ignore it a new contract has NOT started.
