Hi,
On my latest bill there is a charge for a call that hasn't been made.
The phone is only used for incoming calls.
I have raised this via some online form but haven't had any reply.
Could you look into refunding the charge please.

I suspect it is a test line, usually its a call to the speaking clock from the exchange.

No engineer round for me.
Do you know who/what that number is? (I did do a search which suggested it might have been an alternative for the line test. If so, could this have been initiated from the connection in the cabinet?).

Thank you, ive raised credit for the mystery call , the actual call duration was 1 second, have you had an engineer out around that time?

I've added the number to the personal notes section, though it shouldn't be hard to find on the bill as it's the only call on there! 🙂

@southym, is the number you were wrongly charged for ringing in the Private Notes section at the end of Personal Information?
The number in the initial Personal Information section should be your own landline number with Talktalk or your Talktalk account number. SAVE CHANGES.

Hi,
I've added my TalkTalk account number after the landline number in my settings - hope that's what you need.
As far as I know both my email addresses are the same.

I cant seem to find your account, is the email address you have used for the community different to the account email ? Can you add your account number to your community profile and I can check this for you.

@southym. even if it's someone else's number, don't post it in the thread.
Add it in Private Notes, at the end of Personal Information.
Go via your avatar/ name; settings; drop down menu.....SAVE CHANGES.
