International call boost

I want to cancel international call boost any help would be appreciated as you are unable to cancel even thoughit tells you manage your boosts.

Hi @Barryg3

 

Sorry you had problems, I can see the boost has now been removed, any overcharge for this will show up as a credit towards your next bill.

Yes, @Barryg3, My Account is not performing well for managing boosts.

Or you can wait for staff to pick this up later in the day. It will be in the queue for attention, so if it's missed on Friday, it won't be sorted till Monday at the earliest.
