Hi I paid my bill at 6.30 this morning, still have no Internet. And on my account it says the bill is still due..

Did you get a receipt for the payment as the balance is still outstanding as of 11.52am today.

You need to give it 24 hours to update, @Chloe34.
Staff are on here Monday-Friday during the day.
If you need help over the weekend, call 03451 720088 between 9am and 6pm on Saturday.
Also: try switching off the router for a full 30 minutes, as described here:
