Ive migrated from shell energy and cant login to an account

I'm with shell energy which has now gone over to talk talk. I can't register my account and everytime I do login it fetches up an old talk talk account now my current shell account

If you start your own thread (new message), we’d love to help.

 

We’ve found that posting in someone else’s conversation makes it harder to follow when looking for an answer.

 

It’s easier and quicker if we can chat with you in a single thread, if you start your own thread, that will keep our community organised and help others with a similar problem.

 

Check your home phone number or account number are also added to your Community Profile as that will really help us to find your details quicker.

Have you managed to register your new account the old account looks to have been de-registered

Staff just need to remove the old information and then you should be able to register afresh, @Shayley16.

 

I'll move this to the billing section as it's not a problem with the broadband service itself.
