Hi,

      I need to discuss with someone my latest bill.  I’ve been charged for an engineer visit presumably to install the fibre150, but I was told this was free.

 

also I was compensated for a large number of disconnection issues with my previous copper cable broadband, which should have given me 3 months of discount according to the message I received from talk talk’s Arne, which has not happened.

@Ian_R, PMs are not currently working 100% reliably, and usually staff won't respond to one if they didn't ask you to send it.

 

I'll re-escalate this thread for you as it seems to have missed being picked up by staff despite being in the workflow for attention. 

 

Staff reply Monday to Friday, so please look out for a reply.  It may be after the weekend now if there's any backlog.
