Hi,  I have called twice and chatted once to give notice to leave but so far I'm not convinced it has actually been done.  I was told one request was rejected (unsure why) and the other two conversations were less than convincing.

 

Just looking to see if we are actually recorded as leaving in January.

The cancellation request looks to have been rejected,  you will need to speak to the cancellation team (03451720088 ) again.
