back in june 2025 had email from talktalk asking me to renew my contract which I did and it now runs until 23rd June 2027 now just received same type of email again which I do not understand why as its unneccessary as I have a live broadband contract until 23/06/2027 (I do believe that the previous contract did run until november 2025) so somebody is not telling the right dept renewal has already been done but if you look on my account page you will see the contract runs to 23/06/2027

Thank you for reaching out! I can confirm that I have accessed your account and see that you have successfully renewed your contract. The new term began on 24 June 2025 and will run for 24 months, concluding on 23 June 2027.
