I migrated from Shell and like others have a past account with TalkTalk with the same email address so can't register my new account. My old account has a credit balance on it which I would like to transfer to my new account. My latest TalkTalk bill also has some additional charges on it applied since I went live which I don't understand?

Can you add the old account number to your private notes section of your community profile, I cant seem to locate it.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. @ferguson Thank you! Billing wasn't an option when it told me to pick a label...not sure what I did wrong there.
