Missing Gift Card

Hello

On renewal in February 2023 I was offered a £75 gift voucher. I have chased this up and was reassured it would be investigated. That was on 16th July. I still haven't heard anything! Can you please let me know when I should expect it?

There can be quite a delay.

 

I'll check whether there's any cover, @alipali28, but usually it is best just to wait for staff to respond.
