Hi Can you tell me why my bill (July) has increased, from my agreed contract of £23, to £25.50 ? I have had no notification of any increase !?

The price rise notification email was not from the billing address, it came from
Mine arrived a day before my usual billing email the month before the rise was due to be applied.

Hi @Smicky55 the increase is almost certainly because TalkTalk have invoked clause 16 of the Ts&Cs enabling them to break the fixed price promise by giving 30 days notice. TalkTalk send the notice via email and sometimes this goes to the junk/spam folder. So the first question is have you checked you spam/junk folder to see if the notification is there, although some junk/spam is automatically deleted after 30 days so it might have disappeared.
