So after lots of unnecessary messing about with Talk Talk i have moved to plusnet.
the switch over happened on Tuesday this week.
but Talk Talk are still contacting me and refusing to accept i have moved.
Saying they have not been informed any of any move and insisting i still have a service.
Please sort out your mess.

The account is now showing as cancelling on the 16th Dec.

when i placed the order with plusnet i got two texts from Talk Talk.
One on the same day i placed the order with Plusnet and another a couple of days later.
So clearly Talk Talk were notified as part of the process.
I'm only here to advise Talk Talk that i have moved and to cover myself for the undoubted mess to follow.

If TalkTalk have not been notified of the move then it is not their "mess." Did you use the One Touch Switch process?
This has been flagged to the support team here and they will respond as soon as they can.
