I vacated the property on the 15/03/2024. I haven't used your services since then so why do I need to pay?

But if you moved out, did you contact Talktalk with 30 days' notice?
You would have needed to phone them on 03451 720088.
The billing cycle continues the same, so you shouldn't cancel the direct debit till you receive a bill for £0.00. There may be a bill before that showing any refund for unused days in the cycle. You need to reclaim that via My Account.
