My Bill

I received bill of this month with extra charges, over the weekend I spoke to TALKTALK staff team and after discussion they agreed to remove extra charges from the bill and said allow 24 hour for the updated bill but unfortunately I didn't receive updated bill and tomorrow is the last day of payment, I appreciate update my bill now.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Check in Transaction History in My Account, @BAhmad.

 

Once issued the current bill cannot be altered.

 

Credited amounts will show detailed on NEXT month's bill to reflect any changes made.
