Hi,

I have been using talktalk for my lineone.net account for some year and paying £50 per year to look at my mail.

You have just send me an invoice for £139.45 to be taken on 21/11/2024.

Why such a big increase £50 +3.7 = £51.85 so how do you justify such a big increase?

Your old Talktalk phone number or account number should still be relevant for identification purposes.

You absolutely must NEVER post the account number or personal information in the public thread.

I have tried calling but as I don't have TalkTalk boardband or phone I cannnot proceed to speak to some one.

@Carpender, Arne can usually find account details, but just to be sure, complete your community forum profile details for him to check the security of the account etc.

 

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu. Add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. Scroll down to find the button to SAVE CHANGES. 

 

Staff will respond after the weekend.
