my fixed price plus contract incorporates free 24/7 calls package - if I do nothing in November and leave it to renew automatically - are you saying that I will continue at the same price as now

My understanding is that the price will remain unchanged until the following April. That's what I have been led to believe with my own recent end of contract notice anyway. The situation would only reset if you chose to renew. 

I can't speak for the "vulnerable customers" issue.

Does the 4% kick in from November for Weevie .... ? It sounds from the above as though Fixed Price Plus attracts a rise after the contract ends, i.e. November for Weevie, albeit just the CPI, not the +3.7%.

And what is Talktalk's definition of its most vulnerable customers?

If you are on a fixed price plus contract then your broadband price will remain unchanged once the contract has expired. If you have any discounted Boosts then check when the discount expires and act on them before that date.

I am registered for "priority repairs" on TT website due to disability needs

Is there any other register, that I need to be registered on, in order to keep my bills fixed ???

I am unable to call the loyalty team for the "best deal" due to lack of audible speech

You are on fixed price plus in contract , so its as the page says.
