I have been informed my installation has been cancelled by an outside company, what does this mean and how is it possible ?
How can I get a refund on money paid in advance, the telephone number sent is not recognised and you cant get through on the switchboards without a number ?

Sorry that you are having problems, I have a few questions.
Is there a current service provider supplying that line? if so, are you the account holder? when this type of issue occurs its usually because the line is being supplied by another provider and the named account holder did not request a transfer.
What money have you paid upfront?

The product is Fibre 35
I could understand if it was delayed but the correspondence says cancelled which is quite final

Fibre 150 and Future Fibre installations are delayed now.
Add your order number to the Private Notes section of your community profile and an OCE will check what has happened.
