I posted a new post yesterday "New Direct Debit not Processed" and it isn't appearing in the forums, I have found it under my subscriptions with the notice "Marked as Spam."

 

It's not spam, could this be looked at please.

@Malding, when this happens it's the algorithm making a poor "judgement", rather than a human being moving your post out of the way.

 

When staff reach it, they will be able to reinstate it to reply.
