Has anyone else had this problem? I joined TalkTalk over two months ago. My first bill was paid and my second is due within a few days.
After joining TalkTalk I received an email with the following message:
"Thanks for purchasing your broadband with TalkTalk. The package you selected is eligible for an Amazon Echo Dot (5th Gen) on us!
A code to redeem your gift will be issued 60 days from installation and after your first bill has been paid.
For more information on how to redeem your Amazon promo link click here ."
The link doesn't work and I have not received any promotional code.
Can someone please clarify how this works?

I had the same problem, contact talk talk and tell them no code, they should send one in a few days. Mine was a month after 60 days before I realised, so get the code asap👍

60 days today for me and still not received my echo dot they’ve told me to wait for 7 more days I’m honest thinking of leaving

Mine did come through and I now have the Echo Dot. So I am sure the staff here will sort it for you but as was mentioned you need to start a new thread in order for them to deal with it.

Please start your own thread, @Spikeyy24 so that your issue isn't muddled up with the OP's.
Staff only reply to the original poster.
Go to the message board and click on start a topic and then look for a staff response during the day there (Monday to Friday).

This is the same for me aswell I have looked in my email in my junk and spam and there is no code anywhere to claim. And I only went with this package to be able to get that with it otherwise would of gone with the cheaper option
