Hi, I was in the middle of switching away at the end of contract but got convinced to stay for a lower price and also a voucher for £70, but I've paid my first bill of the new contract and have not had any voucher yet. I've frankly also not had that great internet stability either but that's a seperate issue for a seperate thread. The fact there's numerous other threads on here where other customers haven't gotten their vouchers either has me quite concerned.

Your thread had not escalated into the queue for attention, @laram.
I have now made sure that this is in the workflow. It will be picked up Monday to Friday.
Many delays with these vouchers etc are caused by cookies not tracking. It takes time to then chase each one up.
