I cancelled my contract on Friday the 1st of March 2024 as I was writhing the cooling off period. This was completed by someone on the cancellation team known as Kuba. He confirmed that I will no longer be a talk talk customer and will not be charged. However,I have not received any email confirming it is cancelled and I’m nervous I will be charged for services I do not have and am not signed up for. Can I please get in writing confirmation that my contract is cancelled.
