Hi I have Contacted talk talk customer service and they told me contact giftcloud which I did but still not give me voucher they keep telling they waiting reply from talk talk been a month already and not received my gift card.

You need to complete your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account, @Lamia25.

 

Add your Talktalk landline number or account number where it asks for your phone number in Personal Information. Go via your avatar/name; settings. SAVE CHANGES. 

 

Staff will reply during the week (Monday to Friday).
