BT told me several weeks ago, that they would contact you advising of change to EE broadband from 9th September. Please can you close my TalkTalk account asap as advised

We have not had a request from another provider to take your service. The account is still active.

 

You need to call us on 03451720088 to cancel.

The account remains visible for reference for around a year, @Hvm5/?.

 

The service will have been switched if you asked BT to keep your number. 

 

You should always check also on 03451 720088.
