ORDER CANCELLED VIA PHONE CALL AND LIVE CHAT, NO EMAIL CONFIRMATION

I have spoken with approximately 10 people about cancelling a fiber order and have been waiting on an email to confirm that the order is in fact cancelled. Is it possible someone can look into this and confirm that the order is cancelled and get that over to me in an email please?

The service does appear to be cancelled, you have a complaint open, and a complaint manager has since confirmed the order has been cancelled notes also advise an email has been issued.
