One off charge on bill

Can you please tell me why I have a one off charge of £30 on my bill?

I downgraded my fibre broadband from 65 to 35 on 11 August via Talktalk chat, but was not told there would be a fee for doing this.
Surely I should have been told about this at the time.

It's one of the one-off charges listed in "pricing", @pdw204.

There's never been a formal announcement or page to explain it, but you'll find it listed.

It is only applied if you change your package ahead of the last 90 days of your contract.

It should have been mentioned in the script. Please look out for a reply from staff, probably after the weekend.
