Yes I was trying to contact giftcloud directly at the time and this is the response I got

Upon checking, we can see that your purchase has been captured under our system on 21 May 2024.
At this moment we are unable to assure you about the reward tracking. In this case all we can request you to wait for 120 days from the date of purchase. Sometimes the purchase will not get tracked for some reasons like, if you have disabled your cookies, have any ad or VPN blocker enabled or have clicked away from our offer page and purchased via another channel the affiliate network will not record your sale.
'You will be sent instructions on how to choose your Reward 120 days from the date of your purchase. You will then have 3 months to claim your Reward by sending it to your email or mobile phone.'
Please allow this full validation period (120 days) after the purchase date. Rest assured if the reward was not processed post 120 days we request you to revert us so that we can escalate with the provider regarding the reward.
