I put in an order on the 25 Nov 24 to upgrade to Fibre 150, I changed my mind and cancelled the order on the same day (25 Nov 24) My account is still showing an order is in progress . I have brought this matter to talktalk via chat line several time and have been told the order in progress will be removed in 4 to 5 working days but nothing happens.
I now want to up grade to fibre 150 but I am being blocked.. Any advice will be welcome

I have found an open order from the previous cancelled order.
I have logged this as a fault in the system.
Will check for an update next week

I suspect that it's a fault in your My Account, @tony49.
Staff won't be back on here before Monday. I'll move this to the billing section for you as that's where "stuck orders" etc normally get investigated / removed.
