Order 'stuck' in my account

Hi, 

 Since September last year an order has got stuck in my account.  It means I can't order anything until it's cleared.  I chatted to someone about it on 2nd Jan and they said they will escalate it but nothing has happened.  I still have the chat transcript if you need it.

I can confirm that the stuck order has now been removed.
