Hi, My Fibre 35 contract ends today and I renewed several times on the same contract at the lower cost £24 for 24 months but I can't see any where on the account if this has been done. Every time I log in to my account it's saying 'Recommended Offer' renew now. 😕

I can confirm that your contract was renewed for 24 months on the 11th Feb. at £24 a month

Lines close 6pm, then won't be open again before Monday, though Chat should be available both days.
