Hi,
I have been with TalkTalk for many years, I never check my bills or online account as I've never had any problems and their broadband service is great. However, I am soon to be moving in with my fiancee and so logged in to look for information about moving house/cancelling my service.
When I logged in I noticed that I am being billed for TalkTalk TV, and have been billed for this service for a long time. I never signed up for TalkTalk TV and I have never even received the TV box or equipment to view it - So I couldn't watch it even if I wanted to.
How would I go about asking for a refund of these charges, given that I will soon also need to either move or cancel my contract. Which do I tackle first?
Thanks for your help
Daniel

Hi,
You will need to phone to cancel your contract and also a part of your contract such as TV, so even though you could do the house move on line, I'd suggest you phone and speak to the loyalty team who are best places to handle 2 parts (and possibly all 3) of your queries.
Try phoning 0345 172 0088 and specifically ask for the loyalty team.
