I have recently renegotiated my contract with Talktalk to include Netflix (Went live 12/06 ) I have a long standing contract direct with Netflix but they say that they cannot " see" my new contract with Talktalk so Ii am currently having to pay twice for Netflix. I would be grateful if you could resolve this please.
