Hello,
My last contract ended in November and I received an email from Billing with options on what I could do next. I chose Option 1 which said
The first option available for you is that you can stay on your existing service and automatically move to £25.00 per month*. You don’t have to do anything at all, just sit back and enjoy your great value connection whilst we handle everything else.
*If you choose to remain on this package, your monthly price will rise each April with effect from April 2024 in line with Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate of inflation
Just received my February bill and the charge has gone up to £28.12, but the offer said no change till April?
