Hi, can you help me with this?

 
My contract is coming/has come to an end and I've been informed my new charge is £34 which is £10 a month more than I have been paying. I appreciate I have had a discount, but that is quite a hike. Can you offer me a better deal as I have found cheaper ones elsewhere offering the same or better broadband speeds.

It is the end of a discount, rather than a price increase, that will come in April!

 

I have moved this to the Billing section, but the support team here can't help directly. If you want to discuss your options you need to contact the customer loyalty team, they may well be able to offer you a new deal.
