Hi,
I have not been able to register for access to my account since being migrated from Shell to TalkTalk. I have tried last week speaking with customer services who have referred it to technical, but I've not heard anything yet. On looking on the community topics, I'm hoping this may be an easier route. From what I understand having been a TalkTalk customer previously, my old account needs to be deleted so I can register the new one?
