Hello,

 

It has been over a year since I signed up to TalkTalk fibre via Quidco and I still haven't received the cashback.

 

Quidco say they haven't had any response from TalkTalk so I need to escalate it with TalkTalk.

 

My profile included name and talktalk account number and the cashboard was £150.

 

Please could someone help me with escalation?
