It can take up to 90 days, @Ruth593  - or at least several weeks after the cooling off period.

 

If tracking cookies were cleared, it has to be chased up manually. 

 

I'll move this to the billing section, which is more suitable for the issue.

However no sign of the voucher. Feels like I was duped. I shouldn’t have to chase it up.
