My friend used a referral code on 10/06/24 for the £50 voucher.
I received an email on 12/08/24 saying the ‘switch was complete’ and ‘reward will be arriving soon’ from giftcloud.
I’ve still not received anything, nor has my friend.
It’s been over 10 days.
I’ve checked junk mail regularly and ensured the sender is whitelisted.
please can you help?

If you haven't received anything after the friend has paid their 1st bill will can chase this up.
Keep checking your spam folder for email from no-reply@giftcloud.com.

Very odd!
Staff are on here during the day, @Darw00d, Monday to Friday.
Hopefully you'll get clarification soon.
Normally these things take a lot longer than 10 days, so that the person joining is well past a cooling off period.

That’s odd if that’s the case due to the wording.
They have paid their first bill.
Says this on the email I had 2 weeks ago so very confusing.
happy to wait longer but it’s says within next 10 days so wanted to follow it up.

I think you need to have been switched for at least 60 days (not 60 days since the referral) @Darw00d.
..... and it has to be 60 days since you paid the first bill. A different interpretation of "soon".
