Hi,
My mum recently passed and we received a bill for -£23.34. Does that mean the account is in credit? If so, how do we get that refunded to her bank?

Yes, the minus figure will be sitting in My Account. It should be claimed back - speak to the bereavement team to help sort everything out.

If the direct debit details are still set up in her My Account it should be possible to claim it back with the same information. See what the bereavement team says.
