Could anyone kindly point me in the direction of how to get support? I've been forced into talk talk as an ex shell customer and month 1 they are already making a hash of it and I can't even get any support. I don't really want to go straight to ofcom but they are completely useless.

I have put in a complaint due to issues with speed, line dropping (fttp) and issues around direct debits. There is an insistence on having 2 dds setup one under the shell name but taking money from the one under talk talk which I would expect from a fraudster not a massive company.

The line drops from time to time for no apparent reason nothing runs and I have to either restart every device in my home or wait for a variable amount of time.

After my complaint all I have had is phone calls (which my phone seemingly auto declines due to the spam reports from previous "marketing"(spam)

Either that or they haven't rang and just say they have. They have never given me an answer or acknowledged anything they don't email or have a message service which works I just get signposted to these community forums every time.

 

Worst of all I never signed up to talk talk I'd rather stab my own eyes. I was signed up under shell energy who were taken over talk talk within 3 months of me signing up. It took me over 3 months for them to actually open an account for me to use online. They only opened it when I actually explained there was no way for me to pay as my direct debit had been cancelled (to shell energy not the talk talk one they took payment from)

 

I have now got a mobile hotspot running concurrently because I can't afford my broadband to go down and every time they screw up I lose out yet still have to pay.

You haven't posted in nearly six months. If you can describe a little better why this situation may have arisen then I am sure the support team will try to help.

Cutting me off with no notification because they can't be arsed to take a direct debit. Ofcom here I come

The problem with complaints is they ring you back off the spam numbers my phone auto blocks from the dodgy sales calls they don't take payments insist on double direct debit setup and nobody ringa Yiu back I despise this company they just scam scam scam
