Hello I requested a refund and was told to wait 2 working days to hear back its now been about 6 working days, can you please process my refund today. I may have to consider moving Internet providers otherwise.

Telephone number or account number.

Staff will need you to complete your community forum profile details to identify your account, @JC242.
Add your Talktalk landline number / account number in the Personal Information area. Go via your avatar/name; settings. SAVE CHANGES.
They will need more information about what the refund was for.
Sometimes these appear in Transaction History and count towards the payment of the next bill, or you can claim it back to your bank account from your Talktalk My Account. So worth checking in the details of My Account.
