Returning Equipment

Hi I know the main article says you are not issuing as many return labels as before, but how do I know if I'm exempt to return the equipment and won't be charged or if it's a mistake that a return package wasn't sent to me? I just don't want to be charged £50 in the future for not receiving a return bag and not knowing. 

 

I've added my customer details to the personal section of my account here in case you need to find my details. Thanks

You wont get charged a returns bag has been ordered.

Yeah nothing so far. I just hope they don't come up with a £50 charge out of nowhere as I've never received a returns bag and no attention to my query.

And it's not about a queue as I've seen them responding to queries that were posted after mine.
